  1. FAQ
    Booking and Appointments:

    • ​All Bookings and appointments can be made via our Online booking tab, phone, instagram or facebook message. To reach us please refer to our Contact page.

    • All Eyelash Extension Services will be required to pay a deposit for a full set to allocate time, this deposit can be moved to another treatment if rescheduled or cancelled before 24 hours before, failure to give 24 notice will result in payment being kept for our time.

    • A no show of your appointment time will be required to pay 100% of the appointment and future appointments will be waived until this invoice is paid 

    • Cancellation within the 24 hour notice period of your appointment will be 100% of your service charged , our therapists time needs to be valued, these spots cannot be filled easily on short notice and leave our therapist with gaps, please be understanding this is a small business and hugely impacts our business 

    • Ensure you arrive to your appointment on time, arriving 10-15 minutes late will require your spot to be shortened or waived if there is not enough time for the service.

    • Please try and come to your appointment alone, with many staff and businesses in our salon we like to keep it a nice quiet oasis for everyone to enjoy, relax and unwind 

      Payment:

    • We accept payment by cash, eftpos, visa and mastercard. Afterpay is also avaliable in store.​

      Gift Certificates:

    • Gift vouchers can be purchased in store or online (see tab above)

    • ​Valid for 3 years 

      Privacy Policy:

    • All your personal information is stored in our well protected booking system.
